Hard to know with hardly any context apart from a list of insurance-based abbreviations, so I will assume like previous answerers that MRI stands for multirisque immeuble, immeuble meaning blocks of flats and not commercial, industrial or agricultural buildings.

The following link shows that this type of insurance covers different categories of insureds like flat or building (co-)owners, their associations, and building managers against both property damage and liability risks:

As far as the UK is concerned, terms like “Block (of Flats) Insurance” or “Common (Building) Insurance” are used for insurance policies which cover basically the same people and property and liability risks as the Allianz policy, for instance.

I considered adding “multi(-)risk/multi-peril/comprehensive” to stay close to the French, but wondered whether they are really needed: the sites quoted above, while they use these terms when describing the insurance policies, do not actually include them in their titles.

I would also be wary of using the word “property” in the title. A building may be a property in a legal sense, but property in an insurance context excludes liability, whereas the above examples show that it is not the case with MRI policies.
