Tech/Engineering - Manufacturing / HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS FOR AN ENERGY TURBINE
French term or phrase: Pierrer les assises
This is from handling instructions for gas turbines, for a large energy company.
It would appear that "assises" is "foundations" here. But the only adjective I can find for "pierrer" (unless it's a typo), despite looking everywhere (Termium Plus, GDT, Larousse, etc.), is "honing", which doesn't seem 'right. I'm unsure how to best translate "pierre" as well.....last line below... Any suggestions would be appreciated, thank you.
