French term or phrase: Lors du panier

I am proofing an online shopping website which is offering discounts to people who recommend other people to shop on this site.
It is in a table form. Under the heading When will I see it?, it is written: The discount applies with a xxx order. Then under the heading: Where does it apply?, it is written "Lors du panier". I know it is something to do with your shopping basket at the end but how can I phrase this in English?

Wolf Draeger: In my experience discounts, promo codes, vouchers and so on all apply at checkout (which isn't just payment but also delivery, etc).

Saeed Najmi: Right. In other words, customers avail of the discount on adding an item to their basket/cart. Now which item they will get a discount on pertains to the unknown. Ok mate? Thanks.

Thomas Miles: I must disagree. The source text is wrong in suggesting that the 'basket' is a stage (when as we all know it is something that remain in the top right-hand corner that accumulates products as we shop). I don't think we should perpetuate their poor logic.

-> Interesting point of view, but I would counter it by saying that when you click on the Basket icon you are entering the basket stage. Also we're not here to correct texts. "Where does it apply?" is questionable also -- non-physical location.
