French term or phrase: méat urétro-vésical
Hi fellow translators,

I have the following sentence that I'm a bit stuck on.
Oedeme du méat urétro-vésical lobe gauche. I'm a bit lost with the méat urétro-vésical and actually also the 'lobe gauche'. Does a bladder have lobes? I thought only liver and lungs do.
