"Le second travers des Sciences de l'éducation est plus pernicieux, il se pare des atours de la scientificité."

Tengo problemas para traducir este "il se pare des atours de la scientificité".

Me parece que en verdad, habría que ver el contexto para elegir el equivalente. Se parer podría ser tanto engalanarse como disfrazarse, por ejemplo.
