Ver Explanation: Diría que son: "máquinas de coser" o "overlock" o "máquinas overlock" sin más, o en tu contexto, quizá "máquinas de coser industriales" pero se entiende de por sí que ya lo son. Las overlock se utilizan más para industrias, empresas, cosidos dificultosos o de gran envergadura, que para cosidos sencillos de particulares, en los que se utilizaría "maquina de coser.
