Es wird gerade nicht verlangt, daß eine Unterscheidung der anzusiedelnden Tiere und Pflanzen nach ihrem genetischen Code vorgenommen wird. Vielmehr kommt es allein darauf an, ob es durch die Ansiedlung der Exemplare zu einer Verfälschung der Tier- und Pflanzenwelt kommen kann.
