Explanation:
De meer letterlijke vertaling "(ver)loochenend activisme" klinkt een beetje vreemd, maar blind activisme treft denk ik ook de bedoeling.
Als vertaling van de hele zin kom ik op zoiets als: Een sterke neiging tot blind activisme die zich uit in rusteloze omzwervingen.

Ik pleit dus voor BLIND activisme, VERBLIND levert in elk geval minder hits op bij het googelen. Indien de voorkeur toch uitgaat naar verloochenend, dan wellicht liever zelf-verloochenend. Het is een nuanceverschil, maar in de psychiatrie wellicht wel belangrijk.
