Bevor das Bier zum Abfüllen kommt, wird es über einen weiteren ***Verschneidbock*** in Drucktanks umgefüllt. Auch ich drücke mein Bier kurz vor dem Abfüllen in ein neues Fass um, damit ich die abgestorbene Hefe nicht mit abfülle und ich dennoch ein recht klares (also opales) Bier in Flaschen abfüllen kann.

I would use "blender" here, because the text is obviously about beer. But if it was used in a text where the context might not be so obvious, I would use "beer blender".
