German to English translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / Supplier contract
German term or phrase: Zentralregulierung
Example context: "Firma X übernimmt im Rahmen der nachstehenden Bestimmungen die Zentralregulierung der Rechnungen, die Lieferungen, die aufgrund dieses Lieferantenvertrages erfolgen, betreffen."

Suggestion: "Within the scope of the following provisions, Company X undertakes to centrally process invoices, which pertain to deliveries resulting from this supplier contract."

German definition of Zentralregulierung: "Zentralregulierung bezeichnet die Bearbeitung von Verbindlichkeiten aus Kaufverträgen durch eine zentrale Stelle. Zum Zeitpunkt der Skontofälligkeit werden gesammelte Forderungen in einer Summe an den Kreditor bezahlt."

My suggestion feels a little sloppy. Any better ideas? A nominalisation perhaps?

The chosen term must also work with the following provision:
"Falls für einzelne Kunden keine Zentralregulierung vereinbart ist..."

Thanks in advance! :)
