Kiek praverčiau dokumentų ir Pažūsio teisinių terminų žodyną (deja, jis EN>LT), specifinio termino kol kas neradau, nors jis lyg ir turėtų būti. Net ir civilinio proceso kodekso vertime nėra spec. termino. Intrinsically linked vartojama teisėje, bet Jūsų atveju, jei nieko geresnio neradote, reiktų versti aiškinamuoju vertimu, kad proceedings are intrinsically linked and the decision in the current proceedings cannot be adopted before the judgment is adopted in a related case, as it will have a direct impact on the outcome of this case, ar panašiai. |
