A piece about urban planning, where there is a list of key areas of focus for an upcoming urban redevelopment project. This includes the usual stuff like "standard of living", "good business opportunities", "green spaces", etc.

However, "elverommet" leaves me stumped. Suggestions please!

I probably should have included this Norwegian example:

"På workshoppen var det lagt opp til at samtlige byer presenterte sine bymiljø- prosjekter. Oslo kommune presenterte blant annet et (foreløpig ikke vedtatt) konsept for bilfrie boligområder i fjordbyen; Bærum presenterte utvikling av Sandvika sentrum; Fredrikstad presenterte sin langsiktige byutviklingsstrategi for sentrum med utgangspunkt i elverommet; Sarpsborg presenterte et gåga- teprosjekt, og utvikling av pellygata i sentrum Ø (grønn sykkel/kollektiv gate."
