Reindeer migration

Is this term a blending of ur and innvåneren? i can't find many references at all and currently I'm guessing that it refers to the seasonal migration of reindeer - would "seasonal grazer/nomad" be close to the mark?

Urinnvåner just means original inhabitant. A possible tie-in with reindeer migration would be that the only people in Norway to keep reindeer are the 'samer' or Lapps, often referred to as the aboriginals or original natives of Lappland, ie. the far north of Sweden, Finland and Norway.
