I forbindelse med etablering av et prosjekt som har som mål å utvikle samarbeid mellom bedriftene, var en fornuftig utnyttelse av elekrofilterstøvet det første prosjektet som det ble grepet fatt i. Resultatet er blitt at både (company XX and company YY) har fått tappesystemer som gir helt støvfri overføring til og fra tankbil. ....
Reststøvet, når sinken er tatt ut, blir deponert i **fjellhall**.

This does not seem to be the commonest use of the word 'fjellhall'.

The story is that two companies are collaborating on use of waste products, but there is a final residue that cannot be exploited, and so has to be deposited.

Another mention is that:
Company YY har uttslippstillatelser for produksjon ...(inkludert drift af fjellhallene).
