Não tenho muito contexto, infelizmente. Posso dizer que é apenas uma etapa do processo de produção de mangueiras. O termo aparece solo, sem contexto. Ele aprece em uma tabela, na coluna onde é indicado a etapa do processo, na outra coluna são listados os documentos que fornerão mais informações sobre o processo.

Pesquisei os termos citados na definição em português. No glossário téxtil da Sulzer Têxtil, encontrei "espuladeira" = weft winder.
Pelo que encontrei, "weft winding" poderia transmitir a ideia.
