expert (chemist/biologist etc.) Explanation: Definitia din DEX a referentului este: "Specialist în cadrul unei instituții, a cărui atribuție este de a da îndrumări și informații în domeniul specialității sale". Asa ca, desi functia referent de specialitate exista in nomenclator, este de fapt un pleonasm si cred ca poate fi inlocuita simplu cu "expert" si domeniul de expertiza. Pe langa asta, am gasit si o baza de date utila in ceea ce priveste profesiile reglementate la nivelul UE, dar din pacate nu am gasit si termenul "referent".
