Bus/Financial - Business/Commerce (general) / Share issue
Spanish term or phrase: por este impuesto
A clause in a planned share issue to company employees...

I don't understand "impuesto" (or "contribuyente") here - there has been no mention of any tax, this whole section, about 5 or 6 clauses in all, is about whether shares issued by a group company are available to employees of others in the group and so on. As I say, no reference to taxes or the payers thereof

So it seems that it is in fact about taxes, and specifically, some new regulations governing exemptions from "Impuesto sobre la Renta".

So you would literally have "...or that the employees [must] be taxpayers of income tax" or perhaps the meaning is more like "...or that the employees must be assessable/liable for income tax."

for the described fee; for the described assessment

Explanation:
o que sean contribuyentes por este impuesto =
Alternative 1: or if they are liable for the described fee.
Alternative 2: or if they are liable for the described assessment.
(I am assuming that there is some context somewhere, or context inadvertently left out, that describes a fee or an assessment.)
("if" here might be used in the sense of "whether".)
