Encontré una consulta similar en la que se decía que "por manifestación del declarante" podía traducirse como "The father has declared that he and his wife are legally married"

En mi caso no especifica allí quien hizo la declaración, aunque más adelante en el documento dice que el declarante (informant) es la inscrita (person whose birth is registered or recorded)

¿Podría colocar algo así como parents' marriage: "as affirmed" o "as stated" o "according to statement"?
