Restaurant Seal of Excellence Explanation: This can't be a very well known distinction, because it gets precisely zero hits. I wonder if it could be one of those fake awards where you pay money and get a framed certificate to hang on your wall. Anyway, here's my suggestion. I would include the Spanish as well. |

Officially recognized restaurant Explanation: I'm not sure what the sello is for (health department, business license, designation like Michelin), but this suggestion seems accurate and general enough to cover them all. Besides, it seems more sensible that the attached seal would describe the designation of whatever it is. For example, "officially recognized gluten-free restaurant" or "officially recognized restaurant by the Andalusian Restauranteurs Assembled", etc. Just a guess based on limited context |
