Social Sciences - Economics / reforma monetaria
Spanish term or phrase: coeficiente de empresa
En el ámbito empresarial estos movimientos provocarían que un coeficiente no depreciable de las empresas, no estarían en condiciones de soportar los ajustes que se derivarán de la devaluación.

From an article about monetary reform in Cuba, about moving to a situation where there will be only one domestic currency instead of the current two, the CUC and the CUP

I have found "company ratio" for coeficiente de empresa but am not sure if that is correct.

English translation:proportion of enterprise/s
Explanation:
... would cause a not-insignificant : quite an appreciable proportion of entreprises and ventures....

The island - including Isla de la Juventud - is to my knowledge still transitioning from an ex-Soviet Satellite Socialist State with state-owned enterprises, rather than private companies, and modelled on the GDR's VEB: Volkseigene Betriebe exported to Cuba. By the same token, diligent Cuban workers used go on group holiday tours or be exported for 'experience' to the East Germany of old, leaving an indelible mark on both economies and societies.
