Spanish term or phrase: estrategias interpretativas mas creativas
Dear colleagues
Here I will quote the entire sentence to see if you make more sense of it than me.
"La transferencia de datos previamente existentes y nuevos datos en formatos digitales GIS libera las estatuas y otros objetos arqueologicos de las etiquetas de "stiio" y "rasgo" y tambien de los limites del mapa legado, lo que permite que estos objetos sean analizados holisticamente en agrupaciones mas flexibles, por lo que resuta en estrategias interpretativas mas creativas."

( sorry I could not add accents)
It is a summary of a mapping and it is explaining how to use former data and new data. All these to be able to preserve statues.
The text is archaeology/ geology. Actually it's for an archaeologist who will publish some of it.

Here is my very humble take on this, any help is greatly appreciated: " the transfer of former as well as new data in digital form GIS allows the statutes and other archaeological objects to get rid of the labels "site" and "traits." It also allows them to be released from the limits of the legacy map, which means these objects can be analyzed holistically in more flexible grouping. In turns this leads to more interpretative and very creative strategies."

Feel free to help me with any other word in these long fragment.

I appreciate any and all of your efforts.

more creative interpretive (interpretative) strategies
Explanation:
If it were "more interpretative and very creative strategies", the original would be along the lines of "estrategias mas interpretativas y muy creativas". In this case "estrategias interpretativas" is the thing being described by the adjective "mas creativas". You can use either "interpretive" or "interpretative" (see reference), depending on whether this is UK or US English.

As far as the rest, my take would be:
The transfer of both previously existing data and new data in GIS formats frees statues and other archaeological objects from labels such as "site" and "features", as well as from the limits of the legend map. This allows these objects to be analyzed holistically in more flexible groupings, which in turn leads to more creative interpretive strategies".
Be careful with where you put GIS, estatuas is not statutes, it's statues, I believe, I think "mapa legado" is legend map (like with a key). Also some grammar issues with your version, be sure you carefully check this (in more flexible grouping, in turns).

agree  Taña Dalglish: Agree. However, the rest of the text needs to be rewritten ... The transfer of previously existing data and new data in digital GIS formats allows statues and other archaeological objects ... (it is not "statutes"). ... rid/label "site" is not right.

-> Thanks Taña, agreed that the rest of the text should be revised as well.

agree  philgoddard: "Interpretational" would avoid the slightly awkward juxtaposition of words ending in " -ive".

-> Thanks Phil! Yes, I also thought of this, but "interpretative strategies" has 8 million hits, whereas "interpretational strategies" has just 158k. It could also be reworded as "...leads to interpretative/interpretive strategies that are more creative".

more creative interpretive strategies.

Explanation:
Hello! "more creative interpretive strategies" would keep the same tone as the original text (being a literal translation), as well as being a perfectly understandable and well-written English way of saying "more creative ways of interpreting the data".
