Labour Dispute Registry Office Explanation: This is an interesting one. There isn't a lot of information out there about what this body does. However, I have found some information in the following links: https://www.laboral-social.com/sites/laboral-social.com/file... https://blog.sepin.es/2019/07/playa-o-toga/ This body receives and registers labour disputes (i.e. the registro) and distributes the cases to the relevant labour courts or tribunals (i.e. the reparto social) for further processing. The courts can also forward documentation amongst themselves via this body. The types of disputes that this body handles are as follows: "DEMANDAS QUE SE PUEDEN PRESENTAR – Despido. Given all of the above, I think your suggestion of "Labour Case Assignment and Registry Office" could work. My suggestion would be something more succinct, like "Labour Dispute Registry Office." In the translation itself, I would write the name of the entity in Spanish in italics followed by the translation of it in brackets: Registro y Reparto Social (Madrid Labour Dispute Registry Office) https://www.laboral-social.com/sites/laboral-social.com/files/NSJ053431.pdf Reference: http://https://blog.sepin.es/2019/07/playa-o-toga/ |

(SPA Central Madrid) AE Labor / BE Employment Case Registration & Allocation Agency Explanation: (Ecuador) National Social Welfare Registration and Benefits Body - see the first weblink. Not very different (BrE) to (AmE) than the asker's suggestion, but with a Transatlantic spin on the answer. social / Sozial - unless corporate - is often translatable as industrial, employment, labo(u)r-related or social welfare. There is also a terminological divide between Labo(u)r Courts in the US and employment (appeal) > *industrial* tribunals in the UK, though - in England & Wales - County Courts (feel free to disagree!) can also hear claims for arrears of pay / back pay.
