Parece estar todavía presente en la Organización algunos resabios de la cultura proyectista y resultadista, la cual genera una visión cortoplacista de proyectos, y la obtención de resultados de corto plazo.

It seems that the personnel of XZY organization still practice some bad habits related to the project-based and result-based culture, which leads/promotes a short-term vision for projects and achievement of short-term results.

Sin embargo estoy más que consciente que el "bad habits" no es muy adecuado al contexto; sin embargo esa es la idea. Como verán me di a la tarea de agregar "personnel" puesto que se trata de una organización.
