Spanish term or phrase: sobre cuantos derechos le corresponden
Las reseñadas facultades se ejercitarán sobre cuantos derechos le corresponden al señor poderdante sobre las fincas siguientes:

How would you translate the above sentence?
It is part of a power of attorney. It comes after a description of the powers being conferred to the proxy, and before a description of the properties being sold.
Thank you

on how many rights correspond

Explanation:
it is talking about a subject who has rights over the property, the sentence reffers to how many of those rights (quantity) and which. At the end we would add him or her depending on the gender of the subject or it depends on the next lines.

in respect of whatever rights he is entitled to > are available to > are vested in > him

Explanation:
My answer will squeeze in between 3 & 5. I'm unsure corresponden is right and ought rather to be the subjunctive of correspondan.

Otherwise, in ENG land law - land including ground & buildings - derechos encompasses interests, such as ones to be disposed of here.

Again, 'in respect of' for sobre is ENG law-speak and a cop-out for an ambiguous preposition.

BTW, prepositionally again, it's conferred up/on and not to the proxy.

on the number of his or her corresponding rights

Explanation:
'The reviewed faculties will re-consider the Dean's corresponding rights with respect to the following properties.'
The Dean is the chief administrative official of a university faculty or department.

"Las reseñadas facultades se ejercitarán sobre cuantos derechos le corresponden al señor poderdante sobre las fincas siguientes."

"The above mentioned powers or faculties shall be exercised over the number or amount of rights corresponding to the authority (or proxy if it concerns attorney) regarding the properties."

The authoritarian (or proxy) would be a Dean if he were a university principle. In this case, if it's about powers of attorney regarding properties, the faculties are not university departments but powers of authority with influencing factors.

In the source text "sobre cuántos derechos le corrersponden"
raises the issue of 'how much or how many' which implies a number.
(cuántos = how many or how much)

El autoritario u apoderado sería un Décano si fuera director de una universidad. En este caso, si se trata de los poderes de procuración con respecto a propiedades, las facultades no son departamentos de la universidad sino los poderes de procuración con (facultades) factores que pueden influir o determinar.
