Spanish term or phrase: apropiación indebida calificada de pertenencias familiares

Mil gracias

demonstrable misappropriation of family belongings

Explanation:
I like where you are going with "proven" but perhaps "evident" is more likely to be used in a legal context. However, "demonstrable," I think, is more common to the style shown.

misappropriation of family belongings with facts supporting aggravating circumstances

Explanation:

fraudulent conversion (US: misapplication) of family possessions

Explanation:
apropiación indebida : embezzlement, misappropriation or conversion > West.

misappropriation - 'see misapplication' > Barron's US-Am Law Dictionary.

Pertenencias : heirlooms if fits the bill.

Though there is a Norwegian g/hit for aggravated misappropriation, aggravated does not collocate as well with conversion as criminal, serious or fraudulent.

Example sentence(s):
  • Norwegian Penal Code: Section 325. Aggravated misappropriation is punishable by imprisonment for a term not exceeding six years.
  • The two-pronged definition of fraudulent conversion is "conversion that is committed by the use of fraud, either by obtaining the property, or in withholding it ".
