I am translating a first-aid manual for a manufacturer and I'm having a hard time translating "Proyecto de Ampliación de Pintura." The full sentence is: Es el encargado de evaluar la escena, comenzar la revisión del lesionado y activar al servicio médico de urgencia, que en el Proyecto de Ampliación de Pintura está a cargo del servicio médico.

Painting Expansion Project doesn't seem right.

Not Painting, but Paint, I think: this must refer to a plan to expand this manufacturer's paint production capacity.

Here's a Mexican document on what sounds like a similar project by a company called Productos Químicos y Pinturas, S.A. de C.V.:

"El proyecto consiste en la ampliación de la infraestructura y capacidad de producción. [...]

Just "Paint Expansion Project" would do, but I think it makes it clearer if you add "Production":
