  -> Startup, is started up -as you said-, warmup and warm up are different solutions; one of them is better than the rest. Hopefully Andreea will find out :D

neutral  Billh: Are you seriously suggesting 1. that answerers should check the glossary before answering, and 2. rely on an answer they find?????? This one may well be correct here but I don't know. What I do know is that a very high % of gloss. answers are plain wrong.
