Spanish term or phrase: informando nominativamente
This is for the new electronic Argentinian VAT system. Lots of hits for "informando nominativamente" (link below). The problem is that it could have several different meanings. I've asked some colleagues and we all have come up with different answers. What are you ideas? Any native Argentines who are familiar with tax law?

These are the duties of the VAT withholding agent at private enterprises.

TIA!!

English translation:providing full details
Explanation:
Not a literal translation, but this is what it means. So, the translated sentence could be something like this:

"...reporting/providing full details of the withholdings made (in the course of) each month..."

I see it as being pretty much synonymous with "con pelos y señales" and similar expressions...

Obvs, "nominativamente" refers to names... But I think "full details" covers that already…

neutral  philgoddard: You can't use "informing" like this.//You inform people, not names or other information.

-> Not with you, I'm afraid. You can't say "Issue a report/return informing the names of the persons from whom withholdings have been made"?

agree  liz askew: I agree with "names" - I thought of this yesterday, but didn't post!
