I am not sure how "pinzas" is being used here. It is in relation to a an IV device "para administración de componentes sanguíneos"

Instrucciones de uso: Usar una técnica aséptica

1. Protectores.-
Remueva según se requiera.
2. Bayoneta.-
Cierre todas las pinzas. Inserte una bayoneta en el envase de la solución.
3. Pinzas de abrir- cerrar.-
Abra completamente la pinza, bajo el envase de la solución.
Abra parcialmente la pinza del lado que no se ha usado para purgar, entonces cierre la pinza.
4. Cámara con filtro.-
Invierta el filtro y abra la pinza reguladora para purgar el filtro.
Cuando el filtro este lleno, cierre la pinza reguladora y regrese el filtro a la posición vertical.
5. Gotero
6. Cámara de goteo con línea de llenado.-
Oprima y libere hasta que el nivel del fluido alcance la línea de llenado.
7. Pinza Reguladora
Abra para purgar, saque el aire y cierre la pinza, hasta que el rodillo llegue al tope.

9. Sitio de Inyección
10. Adaptador con Seguro Luer Lock.-
Una al dispositivo de venopunción.


Controle el flujo con la pinza reguladora. Para administrar sangre, una el envase de sangre a la bayoneta que no se ha usado. Cierre la pinza de abrir-cerrar del envase de la solución. Abra completamente la pinza de abrir-cerrar del envase de sangre.
