....you are notified that the use, distribution, disclosure, copy or the storage of the contents of this information in electronic format, without prior written consent of the copyright owner, is strongly not recommended.

Muchas gracias, saludos.

English translation:we strongly recommend
Explanation:
This seems a slightly odd thing to say - I'd normally expect something like "you must not". But that's what it says.

Speaking of recommendations, I recommend getting your translation edited by a native speaker :-)

is strongly discouraged

Explanation:
In most contexts I'd agree that "we strongly recommend" would be the best translation, but to me it doesn't sound quite right here. If you want to keep the structure of the sentence the same, I'd change "is strongly not recommended" from your draft to "is strongly discouraged."

Just a note, this is basically the exact opposite of the normal meaning of the phrase, so this recommendation is only for this specific instance

neutral  Toni Castano: I don´t see your point. The message in Spanish is clear and doesn´t say "se desaconseja encarecidamente (...)", what you suggest here.

-> To me, the phrasing would just sound awkward if the structure was maintained; "we strongly recommend not using, distributing, disclosing, publishing, copying or storing" doesn't sound right to me

neutral  philgoddard: This doesn't work because it would have to come at the end of the long sentence.
59 mins
-> Fair enough, maybe I'm the odd man out here. I was thinking more along the lines of "The use, distribution, etc.....is strictly prohibited" type of warning you'd see in a legal document, which may not be the right way to go with this.

it is insistently recommended

Explanation:
I checked 'encarecidamente' and found the meanings: 'earnestly, insistently'.
