Real Estate
Spanish term or phrase: Finca noble
This seems to be term with a non-defined technical meaning, but much-loved in real estate. I can't use "stately", "grand" or "magnificent", because the building isn't. What would a realtor use in NYC or London?

mansion block

Explanation:
Since you're in the UK and the property is in Barcelona, I'm guessing this British term will do.

Or "elegant property" if you want international English.

Asker: Thanks Phil, but it's not a mansion block (that would be "finca regia" or "finca señorial" in local parlance. Manor house / Mansion house

Explanation:

A manor house was historically the main residence of the lord of the manor.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manor_house

Manor Farm is the name traditionally given to the farm of a manor house in England. Its produce was used to supply the manor.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manor_Farm

Yes, a "manor" usually denotes a country house surrounded by acres of land, and its origins date back to the days of feudal lords. A "mansion" is nowadays simply another word for a very large house and tends to be used a lot by estate agents in order to inflate the selling price of otherwise relatively ordinary houses

Thank you for the explanation. I originally thought of a manor house as in "finca" of a feudal lord. However, looking at the RAE online:

Finca: 1. f. Propiedad inmueble, rústica o urbana.

Finca would then only be 'real estate'

What about Exclusive real estate?

Asker: Thanks, but the block is similar to the one in the pic! The "noble" relates to the exclusivity of the building, more than anything https://www.google.com/maps/@41.3924583,2.1421981,3a,75y,352.72h,118.97t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1snf1OGwH7uYWWEIdWYyb-jg!2e0!6s%2F%2Fgeo1.ggpht.com%2Fcbk%3Fpanoid%3Dnf1OGwH7uYWWEIdWYyb-jg%26output%3Dthumbnail%26cb_client%3Dmaps_sv.tactile.gps%26thumb%3D2%26w%3D203%26h%3D100%26yaw%3D144.09784%26pitch%3D0%26thumbfov%3D100!7i16384!8i8192

Swanky apartment

Explanation:
I looked at the building in the link and it doesn't look at all "noble" to me. However, the interiors are probably really nice and in Spain that's what posh flats can look like on the outside.

(I find it rather amusing some people are going for the mansion/manor/country estate vibe... probably misled by the "noble" part).

NB: OK, "swanky" Is rather informal, but it's widely used on sites like Air B&B and trip advisor.
If you want to go the stiff and formal route, then something along the lines of James's "prime residential" suggestion should work.

Example sentence(s):
  • Swanky apartments in the middle of high end Barcelona...
  • If you are looking to stay in a swanky downtown apartment...
