2.5.2 Proceso de inspección para la carga de contenedores/camiones

Antes de iniciar la carga, los contenedores o camiones, deben ser inspeccionados por el inspector. Deben encontrarse sanos (sin roturas), limpios, secos, sin olores objetables, En caso de no cumplir con los requisitos de carga se debe rechazar el contenedor – camión y comunicar la decisión al responsable de la terminal y al Coordinador Operativo o Jefe Operativo

El Inspector debe:
- Controlar el acondicionamiento de los contenedores según la Orden de trabajo. Ejemplo: Cartón, Nylon, Lyners, Manta absorbente colocada en el interior techo, trincado, etc.
- Verificar las maquinarias a utilizar para la carga de los contenedores: Cintas transportadoras, deberán estar limpias, secas, libre de restos de otras mercaderías de anteriores cargas.
- Verificar el área donde se va a realizar el consolidado, el piso deberá estar en buenas condiciones, seco, limpio de todo elemento que pudiera contaminar la mercadería.

2.5.2.1 Muestreo

Se muestrea desde la cinta de carga. Si la carga se consolida en bolsas, se deben calar las bolsas aleatoriamente con un calador de mano.
El muestreo se realiza continuamente según norma GAFTA 124.
