Spanish term or phrase: Quema de Pines
It's part of a system's workflow diagram showing the current situation for top-ups. It appears in one of the steps of the workflow as follows: "servidor quema de pines".

Anyone familiar with cell phone terminology? Any help is very much appreciated.

At first I thought they meant "pin burner" in a literal translation, but then I found the expression in the link below, where it appears to mean the expiry/expiration of PINs (personal identification numbers).
