transfer Explanation: Transfer is not accepted (the entire process must take place in the same bottle). ----- Podemos diferenciar otras tres metodologías: El método Granvas, Charmat o fermentación en grandes depósitos, el Transfer o trasvasado y la obtención de espumoso a través de la gasificación. Elaboración por el método tránsfer o trasvasado Experimenta la segunda fermentación en botella, pero no es la misma que se vende.
