Vu la parenthèse, je comprends ce que ça veut dire, mais je ne trouve nullepart la manière de dire ça en français.

"Jusqu'à 6 neufs" ne me convient pas du tout.

Pour moi, l'idée c'est que plus il y a de neuf, plus on se rapproche d'une puissance de 100% (0,999999 étant équivalent à 99,9999%).

Une possibilité parmi d'autres consisterait donc à mettre "jusqu'à 99,9999%".
