English translation: Accrued vacation

Swedish to English translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Finance (general) / SWEDISH PAY SLIP
Swedish term or phrase: Semrätt
In a Swedish pay slip, the columns (from left to right) read as follows:

Semrätt
Obetalda (Unpaid)
Betalda (Paid)
Foerskott (Advance)
Sparad (Saved -- Years 1 through 5).

I understand "rätt" as "right", of course, but what does "sem" (or "sem.") mean?

neutral  Adrian MM.: Admittedly the asker is in the US, but vacation - and despite Americo-centric dictionary entry, is an exclusively US Am. term vs. holiday elsewhere in the ENG-speaking world including Canada.
