Swedish term or phrase: hemmakataloger
This relates to Service Desk support: the text mentions the provider being responsible for 'Authorisations', which relate to attributes/acess, and part of that responsiblity means that they handle user and group accounts including access/membership of 'hemmakatogler'. Any suggestions would be most welcome. I don't want to let anyone down on this so I really would be obilged for your help....thanks.

Just want to say a big thanks for this response...I worked it out in the end but the weird thing is that even though we both checked constatnly, we didn't see your responses posted on Proz until much later! Still, it is good to get confirmation and to know that people are out there willing to help. Thanks again!
