There seem to be many terms used in Eng, but you can't go wrong with the term suggested as used by lantmateriet (https://www.lantmateriet.se/en/Real-Property/). This seems to be used more or less in the Nordics, as in the second reference - and I saw something for the Finish law using the same term.

The EU may be moving to 'cadastral unit' (as in https://glosbe.com/en/en/cadastral unit) or, I found 'cadastral parcel' -- all of which deserves some more reading.
