From a retail trade job description. "ansvar för sensorisk kvalitet och provsmakning". what this means, I guess, is that meat (in this case) should 'look' and 'feel' right as opposed to merely being edible. But what is the jargon in the English (US) speaking world, do they really talk about the 'sensory quality' of a lamb chop??!
