Bio
An experienced Persian translator based in the UK, I have vigorously been engaged in translating from English and French into Persian (Farsi) for more than 10 years, while directing a language institute, undertaking active roles in two major Persian literary periodicals and being involved in Iranian art and literature communities.
Recent Translation work
• Translating and editing an information pack of some 40,000 words for the Persian community residing in a U.S. County, explaining in detail how to survive in the event of various disasters.
• Translating and editing an information pack of 30,000 words that immigrants might need when they first arrive in Canada for the purposes of staying and/or getting to work.
• Translating, proofreading and voice over service for a language learning website
• Translation and voice over service for a huge online dictionary of conversational contemporary Persian (Farsi)
• Translating and editing various kinds of personal and educational certificates / letters for a range of translation agencies.

A published author, I have two short story collections published in Persian in 2000 and 2019.
