Being a linguist is not just a profession, it is a lifestyle. I have started my carreer as a project manager in one of the biggest translation companies. Having completed a Master's degreee in Bilingual translation at Westminster University I became a freelancer. I have worked in various subject matters for various customers, however the principle was always the same: the text needs to be read like original, not like a translation.
