Source text - English Personally of course I regret everything. Not a word, not a deed, not a thought, not a need, not a grief, not a joy, not a girl, not a boy, not a doubt, not a trust, not a scorn, not a lust, not a hope, not a fear, nor a smile, not a tear, not a name, not a face, no time, no place, that I do not regret, exceedingly. An ordure from beginning to end. And yet, when I sat for Fellowship, but for the boil on my bottom... The rest, an ordure. The Tuesday scowls, the Wednesday growls, the Thursday curses, the Friday howls, the Saturday snores, the Sunday yawns, the Monday morns, the Monday morns. The whacks, the moans, the cracks, the groans, the welts, the squeaks, the belts, the shrieks, the pricks, the prayers, the kicks, the tears, the skelps, and the yelps.
Translation - Italian Personalmente com’è ovvio rimpiango ogni cosa.

Source text - English Je m’appelle Renée.
Translation - Italian Mi chiamo Renée. Ho cinquantaquattro anni.

Source text - English Prada delivered electric hits of orange, green, blue, and radioactive violet in deliberately plain cotton suits, like the most (extra)ordinary uniforms. That theme continued in all the stripes. Prisoner, postman, sailor: The uniforms might have taken a cue from her last—equally special—men's collection, but they were also an evolution of Fall's spectacularly womanly shapes. This time around, however, the glamour was raw, amplified by the pop-colored stoles the models were toting, the graphic silent-movie makeup by Pat McGrath, and the severely sensual outfits in basic black that closed the show as the soundtrack crackled with the static of an old tango record. Miuccia's message was crystal-clear. As she said backstage, banana earrings vibrating: "It's time to be bold." And that's one maxim that, with any luck, will rub off on the world at large.
Translation - Italian Prada sceglie tocchi elettrici di arancio, verde, blu, viola radioattivo, deliberatamente usati in completi di semplice cotone, quasi fossero (stra)ordinarie uniformi.
English to Italian: Un cocktail di sostanze per creare nuove cellule cardiache General field: Medical Detailed field: Biology (-tech,-chem,micro-)
Translation - Italian Thanks to a specific combination of chemicals, a transformation of skin cells (fibroblasts) into cardiac muscle cells has been possible. Unlike other cellular reprogramming techniques, this process didn’t require the adding of external genes to the cells. This task was accomplished by a research team at Gladstone Institute of Cardiovascular Disease of San Francisco, who described the method they used in an article published in “Science”.
“This method brings us closer to being able to generate new cells at the site of heart injury” said senior investigator Sheng Ding.
Adult hearts have a very limited ability to generate new cells. To date, scientists have been trying to replace cells lost after a heart attack by transplanting adult heart cells (cardiomyocytes) or stem cells. However, transplanted adult cells often do not survive or integrate properly into the heart, while the number of stem cells that can be coaxed into becoming myocardiocytes is too low.
