ARTICULO PRIMERO.- Que la señora xxxx xxxx, en consideración de lo que se estipuló anteriormente, DESISTE, pura y simplemente, de cualquier reclamación presente o futura que pudiera formular en virtud del contrato de trabajo que ejecutó a favor de la entidad xxxx xxxx, Reglamento de xxxx y xxxx xxxx, en sus respectivas calidades, de administradores el primero saliente y el segundo actual.
ARTICULO SEGUNDO.- Extinción de las Acciones.- La señora xxxx xxxx, declara que el presente acto de Transacción, es definitivo e irrevocable, por lo que deja constancia de que renuncia desde ahora y para siempre, a cualquier reclamación, derecho, acción o interés que pudieren tener, directa o indirectamente, en relación al contrato de trabajo expresado anteriormente, por lo que deja sin efecto, cualquier aspiración a reclamar derechos laborales, las han sido dejadas sin efecto en virtud del desistimiento efectuado por este mismo acto, sin excepción de ninguna especie, renunciando además, a cualquier acción tendente a reformarlo, anularlo, resolverlo, rescindirlo, por cualquier causa que fuere, aún por lesión o error, en el entendido de que cualquier acción incoada en violación a lo aquí pactado deberá ser declarada inadmisible por la jurisdicción que fuere apoderada de la misma.
Translation - English THEREFORE and taking into account that this preamble is an integral part of this agreement, the parties HAVE COVENANTED AND AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: Ms. xxxx xxxx, in accordance with the above, fully and simply WAIVES any present or future claim that it may file under the employment agreement she executed along with xxxx xxxx, Bylaws of xxxx, and Mr. xxxx xxxx, in their capacities, the former as outgoing manager, and the latter as incoming manager.

The term “staff” as used in this document applies to all field staff, associates, consultants, students (interns and graduate assistants), volunteers, Atlanta-based visitors to our field offices, non-field staff on business outside the US, partners interacting with xxxx staff, and recipients/subrecipients of funding from or through xxxx. Non-field staff based in Atlanta adhere to xxxx’s Standards of Conduct, but when in travel status, they must also adhere to the Overseas Code of Conduct.
This Overseas Code of Conduct operates in conjunction with all other field policies and procedures, including the Sexual Harassment Policy and the Overseas Security Policy
