Source text - English In connection with your Plan’s conversion to the new recordkeeping product, the balances in your Plan’s current investments will be liquidated and transferred, based upon your current investment allocation in effect as of 4pm on 07/05/2011 to the investment options that we (your employer or its designated fiduciary) have deemed to be most comparable to the funds in which you invested your account prior to the date the transfer occurs. In some cases, these may be the same investment funds as are currently available under our Plan. This process is called “mapping” and it enables your account balance to stay invested in the market during the blackout period. The funds currently made available in our Plan, and the funds they will be mapped to, are listed and categorized in the fund mapping form that accompanies this Notice. The actual transfer of Plan assets to the new investment options will occur following the beginning of the blackout period. The current Plan investments will be sold prior to this transfer and the new investments will be purchased, according to the mapping just described, as soon as administratively feasible. Every effort will be made to limit time out of the market to one day. However, in some circumstances this period may be longer for administrative reasons. It is very important that you review how your existing account balance is currently invested because you will not be permitted to change the investment of your existing account balance during the blackout period. If you do not want your existing account balance to be transferred to the successor funds for your current investments, you will need to reallocate your investments into the existing investment options that will be mapped to the successor funds you prefer.
Your investment elections with respect to any new contributions made to the Plan that are processed after the conversion effective date will also be mapped based upon your investment elections in effect at the time the blackout period begins. Please refer to the fund mapping form for additional information regarding the mapping of your investment election for new contributions. The way you choose to invest new contributions in the Plan need not be the same as the way the account balance you have accumulated in the Plan prior to the conversion is invested. If you wish to adjust the investment of new contributions (including loan repayments) made on or after the conversion effective date, you should make corresponding adjustments to your current investment elections before the blackout period begins. Keep in mind that your election regarding the investment of new contributions made to the Plan during the blackout period cannot be changed during the blackout period. Please be sure to make any such changes via the Voice Response System (1-800-My-K-Plan) or participant Website, if available, before 4pm on 07/05/2011
