Source text - Polish Die Häufigkeit der a.B.
Translation - English AB incidence in pregnancy varies between 4-11% depending on geographical location. Most authors agree on 5-8%. The data from our clinic, given by Waggenbichler and Rotter (13) from Hygiene Institute of Vienna University fall within this interval, as they report 5,3%. Researchers from English-speaking countries who examined the relationship between AB and socioeconomic status (2) found out that AB was three times more frequent among women with low socioeconomic status than among upper class members. So far(13), no significant relationships between AB incidence and age or the number of births given were found.
Of crucial clinical importance is the relationship between AB and occurrence of symptomatic urinary tract conditions. I would like to illustrate the issue using data from Whalley(14) who summarizes results form 21 studies with more than 14.000 subjects altogether. (Table1)

Bio
Hi,
I'm a beginner translator and interpreter with just two years of experience and a lot of enthusiasm for this job. I am a graduate student at the School of English at Adam Mickiewicz University; my research interest include lexicography and lexicology (published author).
I translate texts varying from legal, through scientific to technical. I’m especially keen on translating IT, software engineering and mathematics texts as this correlates with my previous academic experience (mathematics and computer science at UAM, Poznań). I also offer translation and interpreting services in fields related to European Union, business and economy, insurance etc.
