Les objectifs et avantages de cette offre DSFS de TMA GED sont de différentes natures :
• mise en œuvre d'une cellule d'expertise autour de la dématérialisation et de la gestion de contenu
• construction d'une offre de services Groupe au niveau de DSFS
• identification et partage de scénarii communs d'organisation et des calendriers associés (ex : migration technique) entre Sogessur et Sogecap pour commencer
• réalisation d'économies de coûts de mise en œuvre, d'investissement et d'exploitation (déjà amorcée avec la création de RESG/GTS)

In order to construct a common call offer to the DSFS (Direction of Financial Services Specialised of the GENERAL COMPANY) for a " Service Centre" around the digitisation and management of GED content services, Sogessur was entrusted the responsibility of analysis and expression completion of it's own requirements in the matter.
The present call offer concerns a service for maintenance of operational conditions around:
• platform Kofax and its applications
• platform Documentum 5.3 SP5 and its applications: Risk services and Contracts
• of an accompaniment for a technical migration projects of base Documentum of v 5.3 SP5 to v 6.5
In addition, an editic maintenance service around:
• platform Compuset and its applications
The objectives and advantages of this DSFS of TMA GED offer are of different natures:
• application of an expert cell around dematerialisation and content management
• construction of group service offer at DSFS level
• identification and sharing common organisational scenario and associated schedule (e.g.: migration technique) between Sogessur and Sogecap to begin with
• completion of cost economies of application, investment and operation ( already initiated with the creation of RESG/ GTS)
• reduction of operational risk and raise quality
• improvement of maintenance processes
• consistency with strategic orientations of the Group with respect to PEO, PEI

Interpretation- Previous experience in the Marketing Field with a Specialisation in Human Resources.
