Dos fragmentos cilíndricos de coloración blanquecina que miden 1,8 y 1,9 cm.
Descripción Microscópica:
Se observa una proliferación celular fusiforme que adopta un patrón fascicular, que alterna áreas más laxas e hipocelulares de atipia miníma con otras de mayor densidad y atipia celular donde se observan algunas mitosis y necrosis focal. Se ven vasos de paredes delgadas, algunos ramificados. El índice de ramificación ki67 en los hot spots es en torno al 20-30%.
Las células neoplásicas son positivas para S100 y SOX10 nuclear de forma parcheada. Hemos considerado la posibilidad de sarcoma sinovial pero la tinción para TLE1 ha resultado muy débil así como por la ausencia de expresión para CK7 y CK19. Queda descartada la posibilidad de tumor fibroso solitario siendo negativas CD34 y STAT6, así como tampoco parece tratarse de un mesotelioma dada la negatividad para Calretinina.
Se ha encontrado la expresión para MDM, sin embargo el contexto clínico (locallización y características radiológicas) no es propio del liposarcoma desdiferenciado y dicha expresión también se observa en un 20% de los sarcomas malignos de la vaina del nervio periférico.

Macroscopic description:
Two cylindrical fragments of white colour, measuring 1.8 and 1.9 cm
Microscopic description:
It has been observed a fusiform cell proliferation adopting a fascicular pattern that alternates looser and hypocellular areas of minimal atypia with other of higher density and cellular atypia in which we observe some mitosis and focal necrosis. We appreciate thin walled vessels, some of which are branched. The proliferation index ki67 in the hot spots is around 20-30%.
Neoplastic cells are positive for S100, and SOX10 nuclear patched. We have considered the possibility of synovial sarcoma but the staining for TLE1 resulted very weak, as well as the absence of expression for CK7 and CK19. We discard the possibility of solitary fibrous tumor since CD34 and STAT6 are negative. Moreover, it does not appear to be a mesothelioma due to negative for Calretinin.
Although expression for MDM2 was found, the clinical context (localization and radiological characteristics) it is not characteristic of dedifferentiated liposarcoma and this expression is also observed in 20% of malignant sarcomas of the peripheral nerve sheath.

Source text - English An ultimate wind speed of 93.7 km/h mean-hourly at 10 m height in open terrain, corresponding to a 3000-year return period was used for the wind loading predictions for strength design.
All predictions were derived using a statistical wind climate model developed for the area.
The wind loads provided for 3000-year return period in this report are consistent with the ASCE 7-10 ultimate limit state.
The provided 100-year return period wind loads only contain an importance factor of 1.15, but no other safety or load factors were included.
Both sets of loads are to be applied in the same manner as would wind loads calculated by code analytical methods.
The predicted accelerations, shown in Figure 6 are consistent with the criteria for a residential building for 1-year return period for 1.5% inherent structural damping and well within the criteria for a residential building for the 10-year return period.
