Source text - English According to the resolutions the Gazprom is obliged to provide access for independent companies to its pipeline grid if capacity is available provided the independent companies have submitted their preliminary applications stating the volumes and routes for gas transportation, the quality of which is regulated by relevant standards. Commission carries out its work on the basis of internal provision on the procedure of considering access to Gazprom system for independent companies dated October, 15. Currently a new version of the provision is being written in Gazprom in order to simplify the access procedure.
Translation - Russian Согласно постановлению Газпром, если у него имеются свободные мощности, обязан предоставлять доступ к своим системам трубопроводов независимым газовым компаниям на основе предварительно подаваемых заявок, в которых указываются объемы и маршруты транспортировки газа, количество которого установлено соответствующими стандартами. Работа комиссии ведется на основе внутреннего положения о порядке рассмотрения вопросов, связанных с доступом независимых организаций к системе Газпрома от 15 Октября. В настоящее время в Газпроме разрабатывается новая редакция положения с целью упрощения процедуры доступа независимых компаний.
