Schedule:This session ended at 15:00
Description:Machine translation is still hated by many professional translators. However, if we know how to deal with it, improve its performance, and extract the relevant metrics to justify our complaints when it doesn't work, it will help us be more productive and either earn more money or have more free time. In this session, I will cover the most important topics to deal with post-editing jobs.
Language(s):English

Diego is the founder and CEO of tauyou language technology, a company specialized in machine translation, natural processing tools, and process automation for Language Service Providers (LSPs). The course was very interesting. Regretably, I could not understand everything due to problems with hearing. This course is changing my scepticism for the machine translation, bur still I do not believe much in it.
