As far as I know it "commodités" and "amenities" in that sense are usually used with the plural form.
Ex: "close to all amenities" "proche de toutes commodités".
Now, both "amenities" and "commodités" usually refer to normal items (eg bus station, furnished kitchen) rather than luxury items like a swimming pool, luxury furniture, wrought iron etc... which may be better referred to as "prestations (eg "trés belles prestations" - also usually with the plural form) and "appointments" (eg "very well appointed property..." - plural form as well).

Selon ma propre expérience et mes différentes recherches, « prestation » peut être utilisé dans un sens assez large, pour décrire aussi bien un service ou quelque chose d'immatériel (par exemple, un emplacement) qu'un équipement (par exemple, une piscine). Il s'utilise surtout au pluriel.
